Abergavenny Eisteddfod June 15 2013

Welcome to Abergavenny Eisteddfod Y Fenni, the annual arts event for young people and adults with competitions for everyone, regardless of language. This year's Abergavenny Eisteddfod, to be held on 15 June 2013, will be the twelfth since its relaunch after a gap of sixty five years.

Competitions for Primary school pupils

There has been so much enthusiasm for our competitions at this level that we've been forced by pressure of time to limit them to pupils in Years 1 to 6. For this age group all the usual competitions for instrumentalists, singers, dancers and others remain.

Competitions for Young people (aged 11 to 18 before 1st September 2012)

There are art, literature, photography and stage competitions. Please see Event details/How to enter if you are interested in competing.

The four best stage acts will be invited to perform in the Borough Theatre in the evening.
